The company can today, April 18, 2024, announce that the merger of Apprope AB and MAG Interactive AB (publ) is completed.

MAG Interactive AB acquired all shares in Apprope AB in January 2021. Since then, Apprope has acted as a subsidiary in the MAG group, with valuable contributions in the form of the word puzzle games Word Mansion and Tile Mansion.

The step to fully legally integrate Apprope into MAG, by conducting a merger of Apprope with MAG, began in January 2024.
